Jackdaw is supplied in three different versions to suit all requirements, see the table below for further details.

Jackdaw can be purchased by credit card or by invoice, all prices are a one-off purchase except for the SDK (Software Development Kit which is an annual charge). Jackdaw can only be purchased through one of Jackdaw's Value Added Resellers. Details can also be obtained about multi-user and site licenses. If purchasing by credit card we can give you the activation code immediately over the phone.

Jackdaw Standard

Jackdaw Standard is the activated software that is available in the trial. This is all you need to create fully immersive 3D interactive e-learning.

Jackdaw Lite

Jackdaw Lite is a cut down version of Jackdaw which allows its users to create courses from 10 well chosen templates. Users can upgrade to the full Jackdaw at a discount at a later stage.

Jackdaw CMS: Content Management System

Jackdaw CMS allows its users to edit the delivered e-learning content. This is useful for Jackdaw users who want to provide their clients with software that allows them to edit the e-learning after the course has been delivered (e.g. for courses where the content is likely to change such as induction) but not create new e-learning.

Jackdaw Courses With Free Jackdaw CMS

If you wish to purchase Jackdaw compatible courses which can be freely edited using the software then we recommend you visit:

e-Learning WMB: A complete list of courses are available here covering HR, health and safety, security and general social e-learning. The company own Jackdaw and can also work with you to make customisable templates or courses of your own.

Housing ELN: Courses aimed at the Social Housing market sector.

e-Start: Create a bespoke induction, with a customised version of Jackdaw aimed at carrying out the of on-boarding your employees.

e-Office Safety: Display Screen Equipment e-learning and assessment, includes additional ergonomics and Health and Safety courses.

Courses purchased from these vendors have the option of including a free copy of Jackdaw CMS so you can customise the course to suit your own organisation.

Note courses produced by yourselves can be sold through this sales avenue (in addition to your normal sales channels) with commission paid back to the course authors.

Jackdaw SDK: Software Development Kit

The Jackdaw SDK (Sofware Development Kit) allows you to create new templates from scratch using Adobe Flash. It also includes all the fla Adobe Flash files for tweaking any existing templates.

No knowledge of Action Script is needed, just the ability to design in Flash. This is for e-learning developers who want to go beyond the standard templates producing unique e-learning that can be edited and then reused using Jackdaw. You are only limited by your imagination.

The price includes a half day training in using the SDK, in addition users of the SDK also have the exclusive right to distribute Jackdaw Lite and Jackdaw CMS to their clients at 75% discount from the RRP.

Jackdaw SDK is also available for up to 3 users at $37,500 or £25,000 per annum.

Jackdaw Supplementary Services 

Training

Training takes one day at each client's work location and includes:

• Instructional design
• Using Jackdaw
• Course workshop - we build your course with you!

The course is for 1-5 people.

Cost: £799 or $1,199 plus travel if more than 2 hours drive from Bracknell UK Head Office or local reseller channel which offers on-site training.

Hosting

Standard Annual Hosting Service includes everything you need to run Jackdaw courses on the internet - with your own branded online login and Learning Management System hosted on our SSL secure web servers. This includes

• Full access to e-learning over the web
• Learning Management System for reporting and managing e-learning
• Company set up on web servers (no installation necessary)
• Company login page
• Uploading courses
